Summer Student / Co-op
Work alongside the Datarex team for a summer or co-op term, contributing to real client projects across development and data work.
Datarex takes on students for summer and co-op terms. Students contribute to client web applications, data migrations, and integrations alongside the rest of the team rather than working through a separate stream of practice tasks.
Students are paired with a senior team member and pick up work sized to their experience, with the scope growing over the term as they find their feet. Code is reviewed the same way it is for everyone else.
The term is shaped around what the student wants out of it where the project schedule allows: someone interested in data work can lean toward migrations and pipelines, someone interested in building products toward application development.
