SaaS Implementations
Getting a platform you have already bought properly configured, migrated and adopted, rather than half-turned-on.
Design + Build
Why Do New Platforms End Up Half-Used?
You bought the software, and almost nobody uses it. Buying the platform is the easy part. Most of the value is lost in the gap between signing the contract and the team actually using it the way it was meant to be used.
We handle the configuration, the data migration off whatever you are on now, the integrations to the rest of your systems, and the training that makes it stick.
That gap is where a software implementation consultant earns their fee. We act as your platform implementation partner on the system you already bought, not the vendor who sold it to you.
What an Implementation Covers
Configuration and data migration are the core of the work. Integrations and training are what decide whether the platform actually gets used, or sits there half-configured.
If the Platform Is the Wrong Fit
This is implementation work on platforms you own. If a platform turns out to be the wrong fit, we would rather say so during discovery than configure it anyway.
Sometimes that turns out to be a configuration problem rather than the wrong platform. Either way, you get an honest read on what switching would cost against sticking with it.
How It Is Priced
Every implementation opens with a paid discovery, fixed in scope and priced on its own before anything is committed to. What follows is a fixed proposal for the implementation itself, built from what discovery finds. We do not publish rates, because the number depends on how many systems are involved and the condition of the data being migrated.
We are based in Ontario, Canada, and work as a platform adoption consultant for organizations across the country and further afield, almost all of it remote. See how pricing works across all three services.
Most of this work, including customer relationship platform implementations, is with nonprofits and social service organizations, where funder reporting and case management shape how a system gets configured.
